Frank Lopriore, senior vice president of Tenant Advisory Group,facilitated the transaction on behalf of ZT Group, while thelandlord, Hartz Mountain, was represented internally by CharlesReese.

According to Lopriore, ZT is now occupying 87% of the188,699-square-foot building, which has 3,553 square feet of spaceavailable for lease. He could not provide a rental rate.
