Tenants include Zara, Gap, Sephora, Nike,Addidas and Benetton.


David Davidov, director of commercial brokerage services atColliers International Bulgaria, said in a statement that themarket has been quite cautious during the past 18 months. However,he said this new center has high occupancy. "We are confident andextremely pleased to have secured a very strong tenancy mix for theMall, one that will secure its leadership position in the market,"Davidov said. His firm also manages other area centers, includingBulgaria Mall, Grand Plaza Rousse, Mall Pleven, Park Mall StaraZagora and the new Grand Mall in Varna, to be opened thissummer.
