Pita Pal will relocate to its new space at 941 West 18th St.from an existing facility at 4025 Willowbend Blvd. "Pita Pal neededa larger facility – their business is growing dramatically," saysBeau Kaleel of Cushman and Wakefield of Texas Inc.

Kaleel represented Pita Pal in the transaction, along with JamesForeman and Cape Bell, also of Cushman & Wakefield. Mike Hillof Michael Hill Properties represented the local landlord, KervinJacob Family Ltd.

Kaleel tells GlobeSt. that Costco recently became one of PitaPal's largest customers, compelling the expansion and relocation."They required cooler space, and this was the former Jake's FineFoods facility and had existing cooler space," he explains. "PitaPal did consider other options, even a build-to-suit. However, inthe end, this deal made the most sense from a time, price andoperations perspective."
