Designed by KTGY Group, Inc. Architecture and Planning, theCrossing is adjacent the Metrolink Anaheim Canyon Station, at 3530E. La Palma Ave., near North Tustin Avenue. Michael Bissell,president of the Sares Regis Group's multifamily propertymanagement division, calls the new complex "the mostenvironmentally advanced community we've developed." He says thatthe company set out to develop a green, premium, resort-likeapartment community and was well into construction when it decided,based on internal research, that the complex also should besmoke-free.

Bissell said new residents at the Crossing are attracted by thecombination of the property's greenness as well as its easy accessto transportation corridors, key job centers, shopping, dining andentertainment. Leasing began last fall and the first residentsbegan moving in last December as the first phase of apartment homeswas completed. Since then, 118 apartments have been leased out ofthe 180 completed to date.

The units range from lofts to two-bedroom apartments, some withdens, including 39 live/work units. There are 11 floor plans withthe units ranging from 639 square feet to 1,421 square feet. Rentsrange from $1,320 to approximately $2,165.
