Parksouth is located near the Florida Turnpike, BeachlineExpressway and Orange Blossom Trail. In Central Florida, Duke has130 tenants in an industrial and office portfolio of more than fourmillion square feet. Duke Realty also has 160 acres of landavailable for sale in Central Florida.
