FORT WORTH, TX-LG Electronics has relocated its cell phonerepair business from Alabama to its existing facility atAllianceTexas and will add 65 fulltime workers and as many as 300seasonal employees to its local operations.

To accommodate the consolidation, LG Electronics leased anadditional 66,433 square feet from Hillwood in the Commerce Center4 building, which is part of the 17,000-acre AllianceTexasdevelopment. The space had been vacant for several months,according to Steve Aldrich, vice president of Hillwood Propertieswho brokered the deal on behalf of the landlord. Seth Kelly andRyan Keiser of CB Richard Ellis represented LG Electronics.

With the expanded lease, LG Electronics now occupies the entire165,402 square-foot building, which is located at 2153 Eagle Pkwy.The company originally moved to the Alliance Global Logistics Hubin 2005 when it leased 98,969 square feet in the Commerce Center 4building.
