SAN ANTONIO, TX-A local investor has acquired two officebuildings totaling about 325,000 square feet from a partnershipowned by Urdang Value-Added Fund LP and Griffin Partners. Thepurchase price was not disclosed, but similar buildings in the areahave sold for $120 to $140 per square foot.

The buyer, Segundo Navarro Office LLC, was one of severalinvestors who expressed interest in the class A office buildingsduring the six months they were on the market, according to ToddMills of CB Richard Ellis’ local office. He represented the sellersin the transaction.

“This is one of the top projects in north central San Antonio,”Mills tells GlobeSt.
