PHOENIX-ICM Document Solutions has leased 16,000 square feet atCarlson Cotton Center Four, at 4320 E. Cotton Center Blvd. Thesigning brings the 57,055-square-foot building to 100% leased.
The Phoenix-based document management firm is relocating to the280-acre Cotton business park, located one-half mile south ofInterstate 10 at 40th Street, from a previous location at 36thStreet and University. The company specializes in document imaging,technical documentation, CAD drafting services and softwareconsulting.
The Cotton Center Four building features four one-storyoffice-flex buildings, for a total 264,000 square feet. Marc Tuiteand Chris Carney with Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial’s industrialgroup represented ICM in the lease. Cushman and Wakefieldrepresented the owner, Carlson Real Estate Co.
