Watson pointed out that there are obvious difficulties and complexities in raising debt, and that the extraordinary amount of debt maturities that are rolling over or maturing add even more pressure to that valuation, adding that there aren't many big transactions happening. "Everyone is trying to understand where values are going to stabilize and what can be done to try and increase income stream."
