NEW YORK CITY-The Feds are eyeballing Morgan Stanley to see if the firm misled investors on CDO deals, according to a Wall Street Journal report.

According to the report, the question arises around if the firm "made proper representations," about the pools, marketing them to investors while the trading desk "placed bets that their value would fall."
