HOUSTON-Transwestern’s local office has beefed up itsmultifamily services group with the addition of three seasonedindustry executives.
Ed Cummins joins as a senior vice president, while Clint Duncanassumes the position of senior associate and Lupe Olivares takes onthe role of senior financial analyst. Cummins and Duncan joinTranswestern from Hendricks & Partners local office, whileOlivares was previously with CB Richard Ellis.
The team will specialize in multifamily services and will adviseinvestors, identify strategic market opportunities and facilitatetransactions.
