NEW YORK CITY-SL Green Realty Corp. has signed its first tenant at 100 Church St. since taking possession of the property earlier this year. The Farber Center for Radiation Oncology has signed a new 20-year, 21,965-square-foot retail lease that covers the ground, mezzanine and part cellar floors of the 1.1-million-square-foot Lower Manhattan property.

A spokeswoman for SL Green tells that the lease for the Farber Center’s first Manhattan location is also the first deal signed under 100 Church’s new ownership. The facility will cater to walk-in cancer patients, many of whom can return to work immediately following treatment.
