ATLANTA-A private equity group from New York City has purchasedthe Colony Plaza, a 216,712-square foot grocery-anchored shoppingcenter in Augusta, Georgia for $11.3 Million. The sale closed onMay 17th.

The 21-year-old center, which is 93% leased, had been owned byan Atlanta-based private equity group. It is anchored by a48,000-square-foot Food Lion and a 50,000-square-foot Sitel callcenter, which is used by multiple companies.
