Gralnik, a 23-year energy solutions veteran, is based in JonesLang LaSalle’s San Diego office and is responsible for the firm'ssolar and renewable energy initiatives. He is also responsible formaximizing the solar optimization of client's rooftops by leasingroof space and providing installation and ongoing managementservices for those sites. Alldredge, a 21-year energy solutionsveteran who is based in JLL’s downtown Los Angeles office, willadvise corporate and investor clients in identifying and developingsustainable energy management solutions and green businessstrategies that reduce energy consumption.
