Tosoh chose Renaissance Park for its central location as well as ease of access for its employees and customers, particularly from the Philadelphia International Airport. The newly leased will house four laboratories in addition to offices for Tosoh's marketing, sales and technical support personnel. The expanded laboratory space will enable the tenant to offer seminars and training sessions and demonstrate instruments used in clinical laboratories for its East Coast customers.
