The WaveRock office park is under development in the Gachobowli Financial District. The owner is a joint venture between Tishman Speyer and Icici Ventures, the private equity arm of the Icici Group. The project's 10-floor first phase opened in February, with tenants such as Invesco and Tata Consultancy Services, which leases 180,000 square feet. The
Rakesh Sharma, managing director and country head for the local office of Tishman, said the venture has made significant leasing progress with WaveRock. "Even at this early stage of leasing activity, we are seeing considerable interest from both Indian and foreign countries," he said in a statement.
