The WaveRock office park is under development in the GachobowliFinancial District. The owner is a joint venture between TishmanSpeyer and Icici Ventures, the private equity arm of the IciciGroup. The project's 10-floor first phase opened in February, withtenants such as Invesco and Tata Consultancy Services, which leases180,000 square feet. The
Rakesh Sharma, managing director and country head for the localoffice of Tishman, said the venture has made significant leasingprogress with WaveRock. "Even at this early stage of leasingactivity, we are seeing considerable interest from both Indian andforeign countries," he said in a statement.
