LAS VEGAS-The developers of the Tivoli Village at Queensridgesay they expect to open the mixed-use project in March next yearand have started leasing more than 370,000 square feet of retail,restaurant, entertainment and office space at the project. TivoliVillage is a joint venture of Israel’s IDB Group and locally basedEHB Cos. that is designed as a European village.

The developers say the project will open with 30 to 40retailers, approximately eight restaurants, several on-the-goeateries, and a class A office space. Among the tenants who havecommitted to the site are family activities center Kidville,gourmet Mexican restaurant Cantina Laredo, contemporary Italianrestaurant Brio Tuscan Grille, Mark DiMartino's authentic Germaneatery Ratskeller and specialty retailer Corsa Collections.

Patrick Done, EVP at Tivoli Village, points out that the projectis within five miles of more than 395,000 affluent residents and is"situated in an area with very little comparable retail space." Thelocation is in the Queensridge master-planned community at theintersection of Alta and Rampart. "There are no malls for miles,and there is a concentrated consumer base looking for this type oflifestyle shopping," Done says.
