The Preserve's 455 units include 174 one-bedroom, 233 two-bedroom and 48 three-bedroom apartments. Common area amenities include a gated entrance with remote control access, two resort-style swimming pools, two spas, a clubhouse with entertainment room, a kitchen, plasmaTV's, game tables, a wet bar and a multi-media room with WiFi, a business center, a fitness center, pool cabanas, barbecue plazas and a fitness circuit playground and tot lot area.

The CBRE marketing team notes that the Preserve is close to a number of shopping centers and other amenities, as well as new projects under construction such as the $365 million VA hospital and a $1.2 billion expansion at McCarran International Airport that is due to be completed in 2012.
