The class A property isin North Las Vegas, near Interstate 215, the Aliante project and aVA Hospital that is under construction.

The CBRE marketing team includes senior vice presidents SpencerBallif and Jeff Swinger in the company's Las Vegas office alongwith vice chairmen Tyler Anderson and Sean Cunningham of CBRE'sPhoenix office. Offers for the property are due June 10.

The Preserve's 455 units include 174 one-bedroom, 233two-bedroom and 48 three-bedroom apartments.
