LAS VEGAS-The Preserve apartments a 455-unit complex that wasbuilt in 2008 and averages 972 square feet per unit, has hit themarket at an asking price of $57.5 million, according to CB RichardEllis, which has the listing for the sale. The class A property isin North Las Vegas, near Interstate 215, the Aliante project and aVA Hospital that is under construction.

The CBRE marketing team includes senior vice presidents SpencerBallif and Jeff Swinger in the company's Las Vegas office alongwith vice chairmen Tyler Anderson and Sean Cunningham of CBRE'sPhoenix office. Offers for the property are due June 10.

The Preserve's 455 units include 174 one-bedroom, 233two-bedroom and 48 three-bedroom apartments. Common area amenitiesinclude a gated entrance with remote control access, tworesort-style swimming pools, two spas, a clubhouse withentertainment room, a kitchen, plasma TV’s, game tables, a wet barand a multi-media room with WiFi, a business center, a fitnesscenter, pool cabanas, barbecue plazas and a fitness circuitplayground and tot lot area.
