EDISON, NJ-Williams Scotsman has signed a 123,438-square-footland lease at Heller Industrial Park's trailer parking area onDistribution Boulevard here. Vice president Allan Ramsay providedin-house representation in the transaction, while Ken Lundberg ofNAI James E. Hanson represented Williams Scotsman, a manufacturerand supplier of modular office trailers.

Williams Scotsman chose this location due to its economicfeasibility and close proximity to the region’s major distributionhighways. “The company’s new location on Distribution Boulevardwill afford it a strategic location near the New Jersey Turnpikethat will enable the company’s business operations to benefit fromdirect accessibility," Ramsay tells GlobeSt.com. He declined toprovide rental rates, but according to Cushman & Wakefield'sfirst quarter industrial report, rents are around $5.20.

In a separate deal, E.S. Freight, LLC has signed a34,715-square-foot new lease at Heller-owned 15 Jensen Dr. inSomerset, NJ. Vice president of special projects David Pasterprovided in-house representation for Heller, while Steven Beyda ofJones Lang LaSalle represented E.S. Freight. Cushman &Wakefield pegs rents here slightly higher at $6.61.
