Capital Markets: 'A State of Confusion'

LOS ANGELES-At Real Estate 2010, Ethan Penner discusses the state of the market.

LOS ANGELES-The capital markets landscape is surely different than it was a few years ago. "We're in a state of confusion," said Ethan Penner, executive managing director of CBRE Investors. "Both yesterday's players and tomorrow's players are struggling to find their stride."

Penner spoke at the RealShare Real Estate 2010 conference, and his GlobeSt.TV interview is with GlobeSt.com's Alyson Grala.
