The three-story, class A office building, located within the 1.3 million-square-foot Chesterbrook Corporate Center, will be home to 1 & 1 Internet, Inc., a web hosting provider with more than nine million contracts and some 10 million domain names. The tenants, which will use the space as its US headquarters, is set to take occupancy in September 2010.
CBRE’s Suburban Philadelphia office brokerage team of senior vice president Daniel Dagit, first vice president Michael Bronstein and senior associate Michael Barker represent Pitcairn Properties as their exclusive leasing agent for Chesterbrook Corporate Center, while Eric Wahlers of Gola Corporate Real Estate represented the tenant.
