DOWNERS GROVE, IL-The Computing Technology Industry Associationis relocating its headquarters from 1815 S. Myers Rd. in OakbrookTerrace, IL to the Esplanade II office tower here. The associationwill lease 32,289 square feet in the 584,000-square-footbuilding.
The association will occupy its new space in November, saysSusan Rosen with Cushman & Wakefield. She and Marilyn Lissnerwith Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant in thetransaction, and Dave Andrews represented the owner, HamiltonPartners.
The 18-year-old Esplanade II building is at 3500 Lacey Rd., partof the three-million-square-foot, six-building Esplanade at LocustPoint complex. Bakery giant Sara Lee moved its headquarters in 2005into the building, formerly the Spiegel Co. headquarters.
