Prism CapitalPartners, LLC, owner/manager of the 380,000-square-foot, class Acampus cites BroadAcres’ prime location, recent capitalimprovements and services as key factors in this success during aflat market. Edwin H. Cohen and Eugene Diaz, Prism Capital Partnersprincipals, served as in-house representatives in negotiating therecent transactions.

Randa leased an entire 26,000-square-foot floor at 200Broadacres Dr. in a relocation move from Totowa, NJ. Mark Tannenand John Friedland of United Realty Advisors served as tenantbrokers in the long-term deal. Additionally, hospital management,billing and financial consulting services firm ARMDS--and asubtenant at BroadAcres Office Park--signed a multi-year directlease for 8,800 square feet at 400 Broadacres; Lee Barnes of CBREserved as tenant broker. Another subtenant, office technology andIT solutions company Atlantic Tomorrows Office, signed a long-term,direct lease for 5,800 square feet, also at 400 Broadacres; HarlanHollander of Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. served as tenant broker.Lastly, law firm Bucceri & Pincus, Esqs. relocated fromClifton, NJ to 3,400 square feet at 300 Broadacres Dr. in amulti-year lease.
