DALLAS-If you're an investor looking for assets in the upper endof the student housing spectrum, there might not be much out thereto buy. "We are not seeing a substantial amount of our coreinvestment targets come to market," said Michael Zaransky,co-chief executive officer of Prime Property Investors. "There hasbeen a difference between buyers and sellers in terms of priceexpectation."
