The complex, built in 1997 is at 11000 S. EasternAve. and is close to the master-planned developments of Anthem,Seven Hills, and McDonald Ranch.

The 368 apartments include 192 two-bedroom units, 112one-bedrooms and 64 three-bedroom units. The one-bedroom unitsrange from 725 square feet to 925 square feet and are being rentedat rates of $805 to $929. The two-bedroom apartments range from1,009 to 1,110 square feet at rents of $1,065 to $1,104, and thethree-bedroom units measure 1,229 square feet, renting for$1,269.
