SOMERSET, NJ-Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. has arranged the saleof 130 Belmont Dr., a 50,000-square-foot flex/high-tech buildinghere.

Mary Ryan of the firm’s Edison, NJ office represented the buyer,Core Services Corp., which will house its headquarters and a dualpath power data center at the facility. CB Richard Ellis brokeredthe transaction for the property’s seller, a major Wall Streetbank.

Ryan notes that the building will accommodate operations mergedfrom New Jersey locations in Morristown and Union. “We looked allover Northern New Jersey, and the Somerset property worked well interms of being central to the two existing offices,” she tellsGlobeSt.com. “The asset also offered a sophisticated infrastructurealready in place, including redundant power," she adds. "AndSomerset offers access to a pool of highly educated ITprofessionals and recent graduates from area universities,including Princeton, Columbia, Penn and Rutgers.”
