PARSIPPANY, NJ-Colliers International has hired the leasing teamof Joseph Nitti and John Kainer for the organization’s industrialpractice group in New Jersey. Nitti and Kainer will hold the titlesof executive managing director and senior managing director,respectively.

Together, they will expand the Colliers International spectrumof industrial real estate services in New Jersey and assist in therecruitment of other industrial specialists across the region. Withapproximately 1.2 billion square feet of industrial assetsthroughout New Jersey, Colliers International sees a tremendousopportunity to serve its clients and expand its market share.
