PARAMUS, NJ-A San Diego-based medical device company plans toopen a Northeast regional office in Paramus and add jobs to thehealth care sector, according to a report in the BergenRecord.

NuVasive Inc., which develops and markets spine implants, hasstruck a deal to lease two-story office building at 117 W. CenturyRd., a 65,000-square-foot structure built in 2008.

Kevin Murphy, a principal at Newmark Knight Frank, whichrepresented the building owner, told the Record that theoffice should open by the end of July, but he did know how manyjobs the company would bring to New Jersey. But the companyappears to have advertised for multiple jobs Paramus jobs online,such as a surgeon education manager, desktop support technician andoffice manager.
