AUSTIN, TX-A defense contractor has signed a 10-year lease to nearly double its footprint at Burleson Business Park.
Ultra Electronics Advanced Tactical Systems Inc., which currently resides in 41,000 square feet of office space in north Austin, took 76,800 square feet in the southeast part of the city. The company represents one of the largest recent examples of “flight to flex” space, and financial stabilization of a new property.
