IRVINE, CA-Longtime company executive Laura Khouri has beennamed president of Western National Property Management, theproperty management arm of Western National Group. Khouri succeedsTom Shelton, who is no longer with the company. She will lead ateam of over 700 real estate professionals that currently managesmore than 22,750 residential units within 155 communities locatedthroughout California, Arizona and Utah. These multifamilycommunities include both third-party clients, as well as assetsowned by Western National Group.

Khouri, who joined Western National Group in 1985, was presidentof Western National Group’s Multifamily Ancillary Group beforebeing named to her new position. She also held the title of seniorvice president with Western National Group, with responsibilitiesfor all aspects of human resources, training and development, riskmanagement and investor relations. She recently was elected to theboard of directors for the California Apartment Association.
