AUSTIN, TX-Campus Advantage has hired Carol Peddy as a vicepresident of operations. In her new role, the student housingveteran will oversee roughly 20 communities across the UnitedStates from her base in Dallas.
Campus Advantage offers management, development, acquisition andconsulting services for student housing. The company currentlymanages more than 30,000 beds, at 52 locations in 21 statesnationwide.
Most recently, Peddy handled property operations and marketingfor Dallas-based Riverstone Residential, one of the largestthird-party management firms in the nation. Prior to her positionwith Riverstone, she spent several years with JPI Inc., firstworking with traditional multifamily and then student housing.
