MADRID-UK-based Continental Property Investment, the investmentfund controlled by British investor Boutros El Khoury, has paid$174 million to purchase Triangle Princesa hotel complex here fromstruggling listed group Metrovacesa – the largest Spanish hoteldeal of this year so far.
