TAMPA-Pride Mobility Products Corp., a provider of motorizedwheel chairs and scooters, based in Exeter, Pennsylvania, signed afive-year lease renewal for 72,000-square feet at the Center PointBusiness Park in Tampa.
The park, which has 400,000 square feet of flex, office andindustrial distribution warehouse space, is located in East Tampaon North US Highway 301, two miles south of Interstate-4. The55-acre park is owned by MetLife Real Estate Investments and is 87%leased.
The 162,400-square-foot building where Pride Mobility is locatedis an industrial, dock-high building with a few thousand squarefeet of office space. It is 100% leased. Out of the seven buildingsat the park, only two are dock high.
