Now it looks like Sears wants to compete with Netflix andsimilar services by launching a site that sells downloads of movies andtelevision shows.

Sears Holdings' management, it seems, thinks the company'sfuture is on the Internet.

The company has a bit of a problem, though. There's already aton of competition in some of these spaces.

At this point, can Sears really compete with the likes of Amazonand Netflix at what they do best? Sure, the company has a strongbrand name, but will consumers really think of Sears when it comesto shopping for general merchandise online or watching movies ontheir computers?

We're just wondering what's next. There are two untapped marketsthat Sears could probably make some headway in -- coffee and burgerchains.
