ST. LOUIS-Cassidy Turley has invested further in its future by renewing its property management contract with Edward Jones. The financial services firm, based here, has almost 10,500 branches throughout the United States and more than 600 in Canada.

Cassidy, also based here, has worked with Edward Jones since 1990, hired to manage the company’s headquarters campus. Since then, the firm has assisted in the opening of 10,000 new locations for Edward Jones, according to a Cassidy statement. In 2009, Cassidy delivered cost savings of more than $10 million, completing almost 2,000 renewals, opening 696 new branches and relocating 192 branches, according to the statement. A Cassidy spokeswoman referred questions about this story to Edward Jones, who did not return a call for comment.

The contract includes services for new branch leasing, portfolio administration, facilities maintenance, design and construction, furniture and signage and accounting for the Edward Jones branch offices. Cassidy also provides on-site management of the 1.7 million square feet of office headquarters space here and in Tempe, AZ. Further details of the new contract were not released.

In March, Weight Watchers International Inc. asked Cassidy Turley to help keep the weight management company, with more than 800 centers across the country, in trim shape for the future as real estate representative and project manager. Cassidy officials said they planned to find location efficiencies.
