WEST ORANGE, NJ-The Hampshire Cos., together with joint venture partner Paragon Realty, are close to wrapping up the redevelopment of Mount Pleasant Medical, located at 375 Mount Pleasant Ave. here. Work is scheduled to finish in August.
Hampshire acquired the former Organon USA research and development building in 2007, and has since completely redeveloped the property into a class A medical facility.
The 113,000-square-foot facility has been redeveloped to take advantage of hospital zoning and includes amenities for medical users including covered parking, multiple entries, high ceilings, heavy floor loads, individual HVAC and metering. The work also includes a new curtain wall and brick fa
