NAPERVILLE, IL-Jones Lang LaSalle has been named the exclusive leasing agent for MetroWest, a class A, 205,000-square-foot office building in suburban Chicago.
Located at 55 Shuman Blvd., MetroWest is near I-88. Jones Lang LaSalle has managed the property on behalf of the building’s owner, Windsor Realty Fund IV, since 2006. The new role as leasing agent will enable Jones Lang LaSalle to provide a comprehensive suite of services to retain and attract tenants and maximize the asset’s value.
Jones Lang LaSalle’s Jeff Shay, Steve Flachbart, and Jamey Dix are directing leasing efforts at MetroWest. “MetroWest is a first-class suburban office building located within one of the most desirable towns in metropolitan Chicago,” says Shay, a senior vice president with the firm. “We look forward to enhancing an already impressive tenant roster with companies seeking a strategic location along I-88 with a full suite of amenities.”
Designed by renowned architect Helmut Jahn, MetroWest’s distinctive “N” architecture is highly-recognizable in metro Chicago. The building is an Energy-Star rated, 10-story property that features private exterior balconies, a large conferencing center, an underground executive parking garage, a full-service deli, and fitness center.
MetroWest currently has 87,000 square feet of office space available for lease.
