NAPERVILLE, IL-Jones Lang LaSalle has been named the exclusiveleasing agent for MetroWest, a class A, 205,000-square-foot officebuilding in suburban Chicago.

Located at 55 Shuman Blvd., MetroWest is near I-88. Jones LangLaSalle has managed the property on behalf of the building’s owner,Windsor Realty Fund IV, since 2006. The new role as leasing agentwill enable Jones Lang LaSalle to provide a comprehensive suite ofservices to retain and attract tenants and maximize the asset’svalue.
