BAYONNE, NJ-Sperry Van Ness | Richter Grusd recently brokeredthe sale of 20 Pulaski St., a 95,000-square-foot warehouse inBayonne, NJ for $5.13 million.
Doug Richter and Ian Grusd represented the buyer, ContinentalConcession Supplies, Inc., a distributor of concessions andconfectionary products. The seller, V&J Realty, was representedby Raymond Musalo of Greiner-Maltz.
“Despite the limited inventory of empty warehouse buildings inthis size range, the entire transaction was closed in less than 120days since we were presented with this requirement,” commentsGrusd, managing director for Sperry Van Ness.
