BAYONNE, NJ-Sperry Van Ness | Richter Grusd recently brokered the sale of 20 Pulaski St., a 95,000-square-foot warehouse in Bayonne, NJ for $5.13 million.
Doug Richter and Ian Grusd represented the buyer, Continental Concession Supplies, Inc., a distributor of concessions and confectionary products. The seller, V&J Realty, was represented by Raymond Musalo of Greiner-Maltz.
“Despite the limited inventory of empty warehouse buildings in this size range, the entire transaction was closed in less than 120 days since we were presented with this requirement,” comments Grusd, managing director for Sperry Van Ness.
