DALLAS-Colliers International is relocating its local office to17Seventeen McKinney, a 361,524-square-foot class A tower situatedon the corner of McKinney Avenue and North Akard Street.
The global real estate services firm is moving from 4311 OakLawn Ave. Colliers’ new office will be located on 17SeventeenMcKinney’s ninth floor.
The 19-story office building is the commercial half of ParkSeventeen, one of the largest mixed-use projects in the Metroplex.In addition to 17Seventeen McKinney, the project features aresidential tower with luxury apartments. Developed by GraniteProperties and Gables Residential, the two towers total 750,000square feet including 15,000 square feet of ground-floorretail.
