MANASQUAN, NJ-Wall Towne Center is once again 100% leased withthe addition of Pet Valu and Great Clips and a key expansion byWine King, says Levin Management Corp., retail leasing and managingagen for the 91,000-square-foot property. The three transactionshave refilled a 5,000-square-foot endcap vacancy created by thedeparture of a national video rental store.

"This is a very well-located space in an excellent center in astrong market," says Ethan Goldsmith, leasing representative forLevin Management, "but there are not a lot of 5,000-square-footusers out there right now. Wine King had expressed an interest inexpanding its existing space in the center, and that set the stagefor us to complete this group of transactions."

Wine King, which had previously occupied 4,800 square feet,expanded by 1,600 to a total of 6,400 square feet. Pet Valu,represented by Neil Goldstein of The Goldstein Group, signed a newlease for 2,200 square feet, and Great Clips accounted for theremaining 1,200 square feet of the endcap. They complete a tenantroster anchored by a 63,000-square-foot ShopRite supermarket. Othertenants include GNC, The UPS Store, AT&T Wireless, AllstateInsurance, Ocean State Bank and local restaurants and serviceproviders.
