ONTARIO-CresaParters has promoted 25-year industry veteran DavidSalazar to the position of managing principal overseeing thecompany's Ontario operation, which Salazar established in 2008 withthe opening of the company's first office here. Salazar, formerlymanaging director with CresaPartners, supervised the expansion ofthe CresaPartners operation to a new location in Ontario earlierthis year.

CresaPartners says that the firm expanded into the Inland Empirein order to support the growth that the company is forecastingthere over the next few years. The tenant rep firm has five brokersspecializing in industrial tenant representation in the Ontariooffice.

In addition to his time at CresaPartners, Salazar's careerincludes posts at CB Richard Ellis for 10 years, as formerpresident and CEO of Sigvaris Inc. and at Baxter Healthcare. Duringhis real estate career he has negotiated over $600 million worth oflease and sale agreements for corporate users.
