PHOENIX-Industry veterans Vicki Allison, Pam Shelton and TomShelton have launched Allison-Shelton Real Estate Services, athird-party leasing and management firm focused on multifamily realestate.

Pam and Tom Shelton joined Allison’s existing firm, Allison RealEstate Services, as partners and established the new company.Allison Real Estate Services was previously Bernard/AllisonManagement Services Inc., a firm that managed as many as 20,000units in seven states. Allison brought her existing propertymanagement clients to the new company – 9,500 units that arelocated in Arizona, Texas and New Mexico.

“While the company is new, it’s anything but a start-up in termsof our people and their longevity and experience in the business,”says Tom Shelton, a partner with the new firm, adding that thatAllison-Shelton Real Estate Services is focused on building itsbusiness within the southwestern and western United States.
