TYSONS CORNER, VA-KBS Realty has inked three leases for a totalof 48,571 square feet at 1945 Old Gallows Rd. here. EnterpriseInformation Systems signed the largest of the three agreements for25,066 square feet. Earlier leases were signed with PreferredSystems Solutions and NTELX for 14,147 and 9,358 square feet,respectively.

Mark Cummings of MEC Realty Associates represented Enterprise,Dominic Orfitelli of CBRE represented Preferred Systems Solutionsand Erik McLaughlin of CBRE repped NTELX.

Enterprise is taking the space in the 164,291-square-footbuilding for its headquarters operation, moving from 1951 KidwellDr. in Vienna, VA, to occupy the entire fifth floor. It is now theseven-story building's largest tenant.
