PHOENIX-CiCi’s Pizza has launched an aggressive franchiseexpansion in Arizona and plans to open 25 to 30 new restaurants inmetropolitan Phoenix and the Tucson area this year.
The restaurant chain has hired CB Richard Ellis to serve as itsexclusive brokerage firm in the Phoenix and Tucson areas. RickMurphy in CBRE’s Phoenix office and Nancy McClure in the firm’sTucson office will assist CiCi’s in expanding its market share.
Currently, CiCi’s Pizza operates three restaurants in Phoenixwith two more in development. In Tucson, there is one CiCi’scurrently operating and three additional restaurants indevelopment. CiCi’s goal is to open more than 50 newlocations per year over the next five years.
