HOUSTON-The General Services Administration has signed twolong-term leases totaling 34,510 square feet at 15109 HeathrowForest Pkwy.

The two leases are for the Minerals Management Service and theDepartment of Homeland Security. Both agencies are relocating fromoffices nearby.

The Minerals Management Service will occupy 22,469 square feet,while the Department of Homeland Security will fill 12,041 squarefeet. The agencies will move into their new space early next year,if not earlier, according to Paul Wittorf of Transwestern's localoffice.
