DALLAS-Roadtex Transportation Corp. has signed three new leasesto expand its distribution network throughout the southwest.

The Hillside, N.J.-based company leased a total of 35,000 squarefeet in Dallas, Houston and Oklahoma City. Previously, Roadtex hada 25,000-square-foot facility in Garland, TX, an eastern suburb ofDallas, that served the company’s clients in both Texas andOklahoma, according to Bruno Ciacciarelli, president ofRoadTex.

Roadtex, which delivers merchandise to retailers such asWal-Mart, Costco and Walgreens, is required to meet strict deliveryschedules. It runs more than 300 trucks out of 17 U.S.terminals.
