KANSAS CITY, MO-Kansas City Regional Association of Realtors haspredicted that prices of homes in Kansas City-will see a hike byfall. The average price of new homes in June 2010 stood at$296,768, a decrease of 2% compared to $302,628 in June 2009.
The average price of existing homes was $167,487, which is a 4%rise from $160,487 last year. According to a report by KCRAR, about2,599 new and existing Kansas City homes were sold in June.For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal.
